Replacement Leaf Spring and 175/80-13 Size Tire and Wheel Needed for a 2003 Coleman Pop Up

Updated 04/24/2018 | Published 04/21/2018

Question:

Couple of question 1 Would like to know leaf springs to buy to replace springs on pop up camper? Would like a HD Spring 2 Would like to purchase better quality wheels and tires to install on pop up, any recommendations? Possibly a 15 rim that looks nicer than the standard white. Info: Model: 2003 Coleman by Fleetwood Santa Fe Pop Up Springs are currently installed over axle, appear to be stock springs. Current tire/wheel: ST175/80R13 JK42 Hi-Run. Appear stock. Any advice. We use the pop up to go off-road a bit but nothing too difficult or rough. Mainly highway use.

We do have replacement leaf springs for you to choose from which I have linked for you to filter through. The length, width, and weight capacity need to match up with what you currently have so if you can give me that info I will be able to help you with a replacement.

Length is measured from the center of the eye to the center of the eye, width is obviously how wide the spring is, and the weight capacity is typically the same as your axle.

My recommendation for you is the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer # AM32001HWTB which also comes with a 13" aluminum wheel that has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. It has a load range D (1,610 lbs at 65 psi), a max speed rating of 81 mph, and comes with a limited 2-year warranty on tire and lifetime warranty against structural defects on the wheel.
