Jameson C., one of your experts, has already been extremely helpful. Please thank him. I have a Drawtite #76076 mounted on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. What is the distance from the center of the pin hole on the hitch to where the HR1450 hitch rack takes a 90 degree turn upward i.e., what is the distance from pin hole to the carrier? I measured and it appears that I have about 7inch from the pin hole to where any rack would clear the bumper. I want to be sure that I can install the hitch rack on the Pacifica and not damage the rear of the vehicle. I also want to be sure that the two handles of my Biria step through easy boarding bikes do not contact the rear of the vehicle.

I checked out pictures of Biria Easy Boarding bikes and they basically do not have any type of crosstube at all. So what you'd need to use is a bike frame adapter bar part # UB01 to provide the crosstube for the Hollywood Racks Bike Rack # HR1450Z.

Later you will be able to add the carrier adapter pat # HR1485 as well.

You're very welcome! On the Hollywood Racks # HR1450Z the closest portion of the rack from the pin hole of the hitch is 8-1/2 inches when folded down and then 6 inches when folded up. So you'd have clearance to have the rack folded down but not quite enough when folded up based on your dimensions. Now when we installed the # 76046 on a 2017 Pacifica we found the distance to be 4 inches from the pin hole to the rear bumper edge so that would mean that it would fit. You might remeasure yours to see if you get a different dimension.
