The tongue weight is 350 lbs and I am needing to carry my sons 250 lb power wheelchair. I was looking at the 30x50 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier with Ramp - 2inch Hitches 500 lbs. which indicates it weighs 80 lbs. At 330 lbs will my Odyssey be able to handle this load?

Your 2005 Honda Odyssey is rated for 3500 lbs towing and 350 lbs tongue weight. This will work out fine on your mini van.
