To carry two bikes on your 2001 Honda Accord 2-Door with a spoiler your best bet is to use a hitch like theCurt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11290 and a hitch mounted bike rack like the Thule Helium Aero 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH9042PRO. I am including links to the instructions on the hitch and the Thule bike rack.
If you want to stick with a trunk mount rack, the Hollywood Racks Expedition, # HRF6-2, is my recommendation. This bike rack has arced arms to go up and over factory spoilers and would be your best option for zero spoiler interference.
