Will this carrier fit over Rhino-Rack's Vortex Aero Crossbars on a MAZDA5 ? Thanks

According to Thule, the Quickgrip mounts, that are used on the Thule Pulse XL Cargo Box, # TH615, will fit on bars that are 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/8" tall. Rhino-Rack's Vortex Aero Crossbars measure 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall. So it will be a tight fit but all of the measurements indicate that he Thule Pulse XL will fit your Rhino-Rack's Vortex Aero Crossbars.
