Im interested in these snow chains for my 2008 BMW 750 LI with P275/40-R19 tires. Are these snow chains compatible and is this the correct size for my tires?

The Thule K-Summit Size K45 Premium Self-adjusting Snow Tire Chains, item # TH02230K45, are properly sized for the P275/40-R19 tires on your 2008 BMW 750 LI.
You will need to check your owners manual or with the BMW dealer to determine if snow chains are recommended for use on your vehicle. There may be clearance issues that limit snow chain size or prohibit the use of snow chains on your vehicle. The K-Summit chains are designed to eliminate clearance issues on the inside of the tire, but the outer edge of the tire clearance may be an issue.
