It sounds like you have a Renegade Sport with no raised side rails. If this is the case, I have some options for you, but we do not have any roof racks designed to fit the Renegade with a naked roof. Without a roof rack system, we do not a spare tire mount to carry your spare tire on the roof of your vehicle.
The only other solution I can provide to carry your full-size spare on the roof of your vehicle is to use a cargo bag, like the Rightline Ace 2 Rooftop Cargo Bag # RL100S20. This bag is made from waterproof material that will resist UV rays to help prevent fading. I've attached a review video of the bag for you.
If you'd rather carry the full size spare tire with a trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # C31006 is a great option. I've attached a review video of this spare tire carrier for you as well.
If you need a trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 76021 because it will fit both 4WD and 2WD models and the hitch's warranty does not require the use of a stabilization strap (like the Curt hitches' warranties require). An installation video of this hitch is attached for you.
