Question:
Will the Thule Pulse L Roof Box fit on factory cross bars for a 2009 Buick Enclave? Thank you!

Yes! I checked with Thule and the Pulse Large cargo box, # TH615, will fit the factory crossbars on your 2009 Buick Enclave. Before loading anything on the roof check the roof rack for a capacity sticker (or the manual). The weight of the box, 36 pounds, will also have to be factored in when loading.
To make accessing the roof easier I also recommend a tire step, # ALL647596, which is safer than standing in an open vehicle doorway. I have linked a video review of this step for you.
