First, the FullSwing, # Y02465 and the SwingDaddy, # Y02464 have comparable arm spacing of approximately 11 inches on center. The SwingDaddy has been around longer. The FullSwing is a new rack and features several upgrades from the SwingDaddy.

The cradles on each rack can be adjusted but on the FullSwing the cradles are on a track type of system on the undersides of the arms. This makes adjusting the spacing between the bikes easy. The SwingDaddy cradles would have to be rotated while pushing/pulling to move them. It can be done it just takes more time and effort.

The top cradles on the FullSwing aren't normal cradles. They are integrated into the arms so it would be easier to load bikes on it compared to the SwingDaddy.

Both racks feature built-in anti-sway in the shank and lever action swing out arms, and the arms can fold down on each as well. Both racks will swing out, with bikes loaded, giving you access to the rear hatch on your vehicle. I have linked video reviews of each rack for you.
