Question:

Do you service Diversi-Tech ALBM hitches? My lock mechanisms are frozen up and will not move.

If you have not already tried a penetrating lubricant like WD-40 or PB Blaster on the frozen lock on your Diversi-Tech Ball Mount # DTALBM6600 this would be a good first step. If you can remove the ball mount from the truck, that will help to allow the lubricant to do its job.

Try applying the spray-in lubricant with the ball mount in one position and allow it to soak in overnight. Then reposition the ball mount and re-apply the lubricant. Again let it soak it. Repeat this process a few times with the ball mount in various positions. This will let the lubricant reach as many internal surfaces as possible.

If the locks do not free up then you will need to install new lock cores by using kit # DTLBM02RK.
