You will need to ensure the tongue weight of your trailer hitch is at least 440 pounds because your scooter weighs 360 pounds dry and the actual carrier weighs around 58 pounds.
I also recommend you get some ratchet tie-down straps like # EM05710 to tie down your Reflex which will provide you a peace of mind when traveling.
