Saris Freedom Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty
Today on our 2014 Ford F350 Crew Cab, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Saris Freedom. This would be your platform style, 4-bike rack. It does come with a 2" shank for your 2" hitches and it's going to be part number SA4414B. We're going to go ahead and fit it into our Class 5 hitch that we've got here today. We have a 2" adapter, an insert on the inside. We're just going to use a hitch pin and clip to hold the plate so it doesn't slide in and out.
Curt 5th Wheel Kit Installation - 2014 Ford F-350
Today on our 2014 F350 Super Duty, we'll be installing the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel install kit, part number C16424-204. To begin our install we'll first go ahead and lower and remove the spare tire and then remove both rear wheels. While it's not a required to do this install, it can make it a lot easier and more accessible. We'll move into the pickup bed, we'll need to take one of the base rails set it into the pickup bed and measuring from the end of the bed to the rear edge of the rail as per the instructions to get our length and set the forward base rail into position. Once we have our length, we'll then check our width making sure we're center of the bed. Once we're confident in our measurements we'll go ahead and take a paint marker and mark the four outside attachment points. Then using a small pilot bit we'll go ahead and drill out the center of each attachment point. Note for pickup beds we'll be drilling into bare metal, it's good to center punch first, however, for this application we have a spray in liner so it won't be necessary.

Du-Ha Humpstor Truck Bed Storage Box Installation - 2014 Ford F-350
Today on this 2014 Ford F350 Super Duty Crew Cab, we're going to install part number, DU 70200, the Duha 00:00:08 Humster 00:00:09 Truck bed Storage Box and Gun Case. First thing we need to do is go ahead and do some assembly for our case. First off, we'll go ahead and put our handle on. It uses stainless steel hardware that go through the handle and through the holes of the lid. We open up the lid and on the backside here, we'll install a flat washer and lock nut. We get a 3/8 wrench and we use the provided tool on the other side to tighten it down. Next we'll go ahead and assemble our brackets that will connect to the bed of the truck and hold up the box. We're going to take one side, lay it down, and then this pad will go towards the inside edge of the box with a flange nut.
Husky Liners WeatherBeater Front and Rear Floor Liners Review - 2014 Ford F-350
Today on our 2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab, we're going to install and review part number HL99711 from Husky Liners. This is the Weather Beater Custom Auto Floor Liners for the front and rear seats. The mats we're working today are black in color. These also come in gray as part number HL99712, and tan as part number HL99. Now I'll show you how they install and look. To start off, we need to go ahead and remove any preexisting floor mats or liners. The new Weather Beater Floor Liners are designed to work with the carpet.
Husky Liners X-act Contour 2nd Row Rear Floor Liner Review - 2014 Ford F-350

Now before we get into install, we need to go ahead and remove any pre-existing mats that are on the floor since our Husky liner is designed to work directly with carpet. No, you cant cheat with the small mats either, those have to go as well.All right, now were down to the factory carpet, lets go ahead and lay our new liner into place. We put our new liner into place, you can see its all a one piece unit that goes from threshold to threshold. You can see here it goes over a contour carpet and it goes down, so it protects the carpet as you get in but also once youre in place and your shoes are up to here, youve got this edge to help protect the carpet so nothing drains out the bottom.Also youve got some channels built in to help retain mud and snow and it follows the natural contour of the floor up here so it gives you a raised edge, all that front going up towards the rails for a front seat.
Surco Products 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty
Today, on our 2014 Ford F350 Super Duty, we're going to be test fitting the Surco 24X60 cargo carrier, part number 52018. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch of our vehicle. You'll want to watch for the hitch pinholes to line up. With those in line, we'll take the pin and clip and slide it through the holes. Sometimes, it helps to wiggle the rack around a little bit as you're sliding it in just to help keep everything in line. The closest part of the rack to the vehicle is going to be the edge of the carrier. We'll grab that measurement first.
MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty
Today, on our 2014 Ford F350 Super Duty, we're going to be test fitting the Maxxtow 20X47 cargo carrier, part number MT70108. Now, this is an aluminum cargo carrier for 2-inch hitches. We'll start out test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our vehicle. This particular hitch that's on this truck, it comes factory with a 2 1/2 inch hitch and it's got the 2-inch adapter. We're not only lining up the hitch pinholes when we insert our rack, we're also lining up the holes for the adapter. It helps if you can slide this in straight without losing that adapter but it's pretty impossible to do. Since I pushed that adapter back, I feel back here, you can feel where it comes out the backside of the hitch tubing.
Curt 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty
Today on our 2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty we're going to be test fitting the Curt 24-by-60 cargo carrier, part number C18153. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our vehicle. So you want to find a good way to pick it up that you can try to go straight into this hitch, only because it comes standard with a 2-inch hitch or 2 1/2-inch factory and it's got the hitch adapter in there. So if you don't insert the product straight on, it's really easy to slide that adapter back, which I just did. And then you have to try to line it up again. It can be a little difficult. So line up the hitch pin holes, and then you'll insert your pin and clip.
Fifth Wheel Base Rail Kit Installation - 2014 Ford F-350
Today on our 2014 Ford F-350, well be installing the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rail Kit, part number RP50073-58 in conjunction with the Reese R16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part number RP30869. Ready to go to operation of our new Reese Custom Base Rails with our Reese R16 5th Wheel Head Unit. Heres our 5th wheel in the towing position. If we need to move the slider back into the maneuver position, well simply pull the safety pin, rotate the handle to the unlock position, and slide the head unit back. Well relock the handle locking the head unit in place. Once were finished maneuvering our trailer, well simply throw the handle, sliding the head unit back forward, then locking down our handle, and reinstalling the safety pin.
Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Installation - 2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Today on our 2014 Ford Super Duty, we'll be installing the B&W Turnover Ball under bed gooseneck trailer hitch, part number BWGNRK1111. The B&W 5th-wheel companion hitch will also work with this gooseneck. Before we begin our installation, we'll go ahead and show you the operation of the gooseneck hitch. We'll pull the handle here straight out, and rotate it clockwise, so that it locks into the open position. Now you'll be able to either insert the ball with the ball up, or flip it over and put the ball down for the storage position. Once a ball is in place, simply take the handle, let it slide all the way back in, and now the ball is secure or locked in place.
5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation - 2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Today on a 2014 Ford Super Utility, we'll be installing the BMW Custom Under Bed Installation Kit for the Companion Fifth Wheel Trailer hitch. Part number BWGNRK1111-5W. Now we'll go ahead and install our BMW Fifth Wheel Companion Hitch into our goose neck Hitch. Then we'll go ahead and secure it down. Here's what our hitch looks like installed on a vehicle. Before we begin our installation, we'll go ahead and show you the operation of the goose neck Hitch. You pull the handle here, straight out and rotate it clockwise so that it locks into the open position. Now you'll be able to either insert the ball with the ball up or flip it over and put the ball down for the storage position.
Hopkins Endurance Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness Installation - 2014 Ford F-250
Today on our 2014 Ford Super Duty, were going to be installing the Hopkins Endurance 5th wheel and gooseneck 90 degree wiring harness with a 7 pull plug part number 41157. Well need to first choose a location. Well go ahead and find our location where we want to mount it. This area right here on 1 of these little rib sections is a pretty good spot gives you plenty of room behind it. Youll then go ahead and drill a pilot hole before we use our hole saw to make the hole bigger. Were going to go ahead and take the end here that only has 1 plug on it and its also set up for a 90 degree connection.
