The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, # 75902, and the Hidden Hitch Class III Hitch, # HH87663, are basically the same hitch. Draw-Tite and Hidden Hitch are sister companies under Cequent Performance Products and their trailer hitches are designed to the same specifications. At one time they were separate companies, so Cequent decided to retain their individual brand names.

You cannot go wrong with either hitch and we have not seen more problems with one over the other. I can tell you that out of all of the customer reviews, the Draw-Tite hitch has a 4.8 out of 5.0 star rating and the Hidden Hitch has a 5.0 out of 5.0 star rating, but there was no complaints from the customer that left the only 4 star rating on the Draw-Tite hitch.
