Reese Elite Series Installation Kit and Suspension Enhancement for a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab
Question:
I have a 2012 Ram 3500 Mega Cab 4x4 with a short bed. I would like to install the Reese Elite Series Underbed Gooseneck hitch part number RP30158-52 and an Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 part number AL57295. Are these parts compatible with each other? Since they both install around the rear axle will they fit together? If not, does the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part number F2299 fit with the Reese hitch?

The Reese Elite series complete installation kit # RP30158-52 is listed as a fit for your 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab. This install kit has brackets that fit around the bottoms of the frame rails and use u-bolts to essentially clamp the kit to the frame. Take a look at the instructions I have linked.
The Air Lift system you referenced, # AL57295, installs with brackets on the bottom of the frames so it is not likely to fit with the hitch installation kit. I included a link to the instructions for the Air Lift kit for you as well. The same can be said for the Firestone and other similar systems.
What I recommend, if your truck has overload springs (which as a 3500HD it should, contact dealer to confirm) is to use a SuperSprings kits like # SSA23 for 4,000 pounds capacity.
