It appears that this is the correct hitch for a 2012 Kia Sportage SX. What is the correct trailer harness for this vehicle and how difficult is the installation of the harness? Thanks,

For the 2012 Kia Sportage SX model, the correct trailer wiring harness is Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light w Converter Hardwire Kit, # 118526. Installation is not very difficult. The only real time consuming part is running the power wire to the battery. The power wire must be connected to the battery, no other power source has been tested and approved.
