Dexter does not offer an adapter for their electric over hydraulic braking systems, but we have heard of people using the HydraStar Adapter, # HBA-CAM, without issue. This has not been officially tested by the manufacturers, so they cannot guarantee the compatibility. The only way we can guarantee that the Dexter actuator will work with the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 is to bypass the factory controller and install an aftermarket controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brake systems like the Prodigy P3, part # 90195 that you have on your F-350.
