With the trim panel removed, we can peel the carpeting away at the back of the trunk which will expose our wiring. Now on this particular vehicle, they make it really nice. Youll notice here that the factory wiring harness is the same colors as trailer 4-pole wiring. Well also need to locate a ground for our 4-pole harness which, in the Camaro, we can use one of the existing ground points here directly underneath the latch.
