RV Euro Style, Interior, Single Ceiling Light with Built-In Switch

This is a rectangular, surface mount interior ceiling light. This rounded light measures 7-5/64" long x 4-1/4" wide x 1-31/32" deep. The white, molded plastic housing and durable, clear polycarbonate lens provide all-weather protection against corrosion. The light draws 1.5 amps at 12 volts. This light has been tested and approved by both UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and the CSA (Canadian Standards Assoc.). The light is certified for both wall and ceiling applications. This light features sleek, contemporary styling with a replaceable, snap-on lens and easy-to-replace bulb. The light also features a toggle-button on/off switch. This light surface mounts by the mounting holes in the base. The two-wire design includes the lead wire for power and a ground wire for mounting to any surface.

Today were going to show you Optronics RV Euro Style Interior Ceiling Light with built in switch, part number RVIL21. Both the lens and the bulb are replaceable. At the bottom is a toggle switch for turning the light off and on. Its designed to surface mount against your trailer with the mounting holes inside the base. Its a two wire design meaning you will have a white wire for your ground connection and a black wire for your power connection.

Now we are going to hook up a power supply so you can see what it looks like when lit up. Well connect our white wire to ground, and our black wire to power. Removing the Lens Cover on RV Euro Style Interior Single Ceiling Light with Built-In Switch # RVIL21
I went out to the warehouse and pulled an RV Euro Style Interior Single Ceiling Light with Built-In Switch, # RVIL21, to determine how the lens is removed. There are 4 tabs, 1 at each corner, that hold the lens onto the base. You will want to squeeze in on the sides of the lens and pull back at the same time in the direction away from the switch. The lens will slide back allowing the tabs to clear the base and the lens can be removed giving you access to the bulb. I found the best place to grip
