Purchased as a previously returned product with minor scratches & blemishes. It did include all the main necessary parts. I already had the Pop & Lock Mechanical Lock and Handle Kit. I only needed the electrical conversion kit (#PAL8525) and inline plug-in "T" adapter (#PL9547TAC) to complete the install. After installing the product per the easy to follow instructions. The only thing that I noticed is that the Electronic Lock operated backwards per the specified wiring instructions. This may be part of the reason why it was previously returned. But with just a simple flip of the wires I was able to solve this issue. Other than that this product does work as it should the only downfall to this is that, it is a little noisy and does have a slight rattle while driving on bumpy or off-road roads due to the design. The good thing about that though is at least you can hear when your Tailgate is Locking and Un-Locking...
Still working after 1 year. Didn't give it 5 stars because it was kind of a pain to install until I looked up a video on youtube. Then it was much easier.
Worked and instructions very clear especially for the electrical.
Easy to install had it for one year with no problems. It does what its designed todo.
