Speaker 1: Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement inner slide channel for the Titan model six bolt on adjustable channel brake actuators. This part will replace the inner slide channel for the Titan model six bolt on adjustable channel actuators.It's made of a sturdy steel construction. If you notice on the channel itself, it is a six hole adjustable channel, so it gives you five different mounting positions to mount your coupler in to fit your application. Now, the couplers we do sell separately on our website, and they're usually listed on this product page as a related product. You can get anywhere from a standard ball coupler that would mount in here, to a lunette ring, to a clevis attachment.This is a center channel design, which means you can see it's right in, centered into the length, or the height of the channel. And to give you the measurement on the height, we put a ruler on that, it's gonna be right at 12 inches.
The inner channel width, inside to inside is three inches. And then the distance between the mounting holes for the coupler mounting is two inches center to center.But that should do it for the review on the replacement inner slide channel for the Titan model six bolt on adjustable channel brake actuators.
Perfect replacement for the pintle slide on my m1101 trailer as the other review here stated. This is about a 10 minute swap. In the field service manual it suggest to use a 5/8 deepwell socket to maintain the position of the rear bearings and damper ring until you can slide the pin in. This is good advice and made alignment very easy. Swapping to this slide and a lock n roll hitch made the trailer tow so much quieter and smoother.
Do yourself a favor and order a new damper when you do this swap, and grease all the contact points in the brake unit.
This is the solution I used to lower my 2010 Schutt M1101 trailer tongue by about 2.25 inches. Direct replacement for the lunette ring slide assembly.
