Today we're going to review part number P10063. This is the Putco High Power 57 LED Luminix Curved Off-Road Light Bar. Has 171 watts and a 15 degree spot beam pattern. This part number comes with everything shown here on the table. Comes with the light bar, the wiring harness, 2 sets of mounting brackets, both long and short, the installation hardware which is on the end of the light bar already, and a set of detailed instructions. This is a curved, low profile, LED light bar.

Will deliver a bright focus light. Gives off a 15 degree spot beam pattern which is created by the chrome-backed focus lenses here and it's a very slim design light bar. It will let you install this in very tight spaces. If you notice, this is a curved design, has a 6 degree curve which gives you about a 1 1/2" offset radius and this will match the curve of your vehicle. The curved bar will spread the light out for more peripheral lighting. It is a high-quality light output from a single row of 57 3 watt Nichia LEDs.

They are quality LEDs with a 50,000 hour lifespan and also this light bar can be turned on or off with a wireless remote. We do sell that separately on our website. It's part number P8770HF and again it's usually listed as a related product on this product page. This light bar does have built-in safeguards. Uses thermal controlled chips to help prevent LEDs from overheating.

Does have the over and under voltage protection which will keep the light bar operating at the correct voltage. It is a durable, waterproof, corrosion resistant construction. This is a black, anodized, billet aluminum housing which is very lightweight and rustproof. The mounting brackets are also a black, powder-coat, stainless steel bracket. Helps resist corrosion. These LEDs in the light bar are fully potted to protect the fragile components of the LED and it does use industry standard protection against dust and moisture.

It's a very easy installation with these included parts. You can mount this light on your roof, behind the grille, on the bumper, gives a nice rugged look and again it comes with the 2 sets, the long and the short, adjustable mount brackets. Basically all they would do is if you look on the end here, you just unscrew the nut with the rubber cap on it, put your mounting bracket on there, tighten it down, and then attach your mounting brackets to your vehicle. We do also sell custom mounting brackets. They, again, are sold separately on our website and, again, they are usually listed on the product page as related product. The wiring harness right back here comes with a illuminated switch and an industry standard Deutsch connector so basically, the relay right here in the middle has 3 sets of wires coming out. On one side it will have the wires with 3 of them in it and, again, that's for plugging into the illuminated switch. On the other side it has a length of wire, has the Deutsch connector. What's nice about this Deutsch connector is it has a nice triple seal to it so it gives you a nice weatherproof seal. When you go to plug this into your light bar, you just push it in. It's very snug. It will pop and lock into place and it gives you a nice weatherproof seal. Then to remove it, just push down on the tab and slide it out. The last wire coming out of the wiring harness is the power wire. You can see it has 2 wires with eyelets on the end and it includes this inline fuse holder and it will come with a 15 amp fuse already installed. Then you just take your wires, the red wire is for power, black is for ground. I am going to hook this up to a 12 volt power supply just to show you how this all operates, hooks up, and gives what type of light and the pattern it gives off. This part is made in the USA. The specs on it, again, is 57 LEDs at 3 watts each, so a total of 171 watts. The power draw is 15 amps. Input voltage is 12 volts to 36 volts DC and the operating temperature range for this light bar is anywhere from -100 degrees F to 180 degrees F. It does come with a limited 2-year warranty. The light output on this, the brightness, is 22,800 lumens. The beam, again, is a narrow 15 degree spot and the color temperature of the light it gives off is 6,000 K. The dimensions, the overall length from end to end is going to be 60 1/2" long. It's 1 1/2" tall and 3/4" deep. Now what I'm going to do is go ahead and hook this up to our 12 volt power supply. First what I'm going to do is run the wiring harness underneath and we'll go ahead and plug the Deutsh connector in. With that attached, we'll go to the other wire on the other side, with the 3 wires attached, has a red, blue, and a black. Again, your directions that are included will tell you how to hook this all up. There's 3 tabs on the switch and they're marked 1, 2, and 3. It says the red wire goes to 1. The blue wire will go to the middle which is number 2 and the black wire would go to the 3 tab on the switch. There we go, got it all hooked up. The last wire is that power wire with the inline fuse in it, so we'll go ahead and take the red wire, hook it to our 12 volt power. Then we'll take the black wire and hook that to our ground. We got them all hooked up. Now what I'll go ahead and do is turn on the 12 volt power supply. We'll go ahead and turn off our overhead lights and then I'll go ahead and push the switch. You can see right here the little red dot. That's the illuminated switch. It's a rocker switch. Off and on. With it on you can see the 57 LEDs all lit up to give you the 171 watts and let me see if I can rotate this around. It's a pretty long bar so let's just see if we can get it rotated around here. Again, it's very light weight. You can see, there's the pattern that it gives off. It is a curve so it will give off some lighting to the sides and again it's a narrow 15 degree spot pattern. We'll go ahead and rotate this back around. Go ahead and turn it off. Go ahead and turn on our overhead lights and we'll go ahead and turn off our power supply.
