Hey there neighbor, it's Kevin with etrailer and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Pacbrake wireless air spring compressor system. If you've already installed air springs on your F-250 or you're in the market for some and you wanna get the whole set at once so that way you have a nice clean system where you're not having to lug around a compressor everywhere you go, just so that you can air up or air down your air springs, then Pacbrake has a awesome option for you with their wireless system here. Now this is gonna come as a all in one kind of complete kit here where it's just gonna be a simple mount up with two U-bolts that they'll have. As you can see down here, it's pretty tucked up against our frame rail here, so it is pretty much hidden. The only thing that kind of hangs down a little bit is just this one wire harness. That's probably the only drawback I see with this specific kit. more

Hi there, Tundra owners, today in our 2016 Toyota Tundra, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Firestone's Air Command One Compressor System. Having an air compressor installed on your Tundra, it's gonna allow you to adjust pressures on the fly. So if you're out there working with your truck every day and you're constantly loading and unloading it, typically you'd have to find a source of air to be able to adjust it for each load. Well, now you've got that source of air right on your truck, so every time you unload it, you can let out some air, bring those airbags back down, head to your next job site, load it back up, then pump your truck back up and you're ready to take that load wherever you need to. This is gonna save you a lot of time so you can be more productive every day. The compressor simply mounts to your Tundra and this is where your onboard air comes from. more

Today on our 2015 Ford F-350, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Firestone Air Command One analog gauge with standard duty compressor, part number F2158. We'll be using this kit to upgrade our previously installed Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs, part number F2535. Now you can see that we have our gauge here on the inside of the vehicle. We have our power on so it is operational, but if we need to turn on our lights 'cause it's getting dark or whatever we need to see it, we'll go ahead and flip up that auxiliary one switch and get our lighting back behind it. Now we're ready to go ahead and air up our airbags. Now we'll just go ahead and spray some soapy water around our fittings just to make sure that we don't have any leaks. more

In our case, we're using Firestone Ride Rite air helper springs, part number F2582, that has previously been installed on our F-150. So if our Firestone Air Command One compressor system installed, so you can see we've got a nice display here, with an easy-to-use switch. Just toggle up to operate the compressor, (compressor whirring) holding it down so you reach your desired air level setting. If you have airbag suspension, then adding a compressor is going to be a great idea. This is going to allow you to easily set the PSI in your bags without having to manually fill 'em and manually let the air out. The cool thing about this compressor is you can actually get an app on your phone and control the pressure in your bags just from the cab of your vehicle. If you have unevenly distributed loads, like maybe an in bed camper with a giant water tank on one side, then you know one side's gonna sag more than the other. So this compressor is a really good fit because you can actually set each airbag to different PSIs and level out that load. more

Hey there, neighbors. Kevin here with etrailer, and today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Air Lift WirelessAir air compressor system here on our 2023 Ford F-250. Whether you already have air springs installed on your F-250 or you are looking at getting some installed just now, a air compressor is going to be the second thing on your mind because that is going to allow you to actually air up and air down those air springs while you're out on the go so that way you're not having to lug around an extra pancake compressor and find some source of electricity, which, you know, may just be a generator if you're not near a building and maybe you're out at the job site. So this just snowballs into a much larger issue, where you could just solve it with a onboard compressor. Now, this compressor system is considered an easy mount, and that means that the manifold and the compressor itself are all bracketed together on one larger bracket. And then it's gonna come with a U-bolt that you could use to mount it directly to your frame, so you're not having to drill anything into the frame rail. more

If you have airbag suspension or you're planning on getting it installed, then getting an air compressor is a really good idea 'cause you can just set the air pressure with a touch of a button on your phone or on the control module. And if you're going to be towing varying loads, different trailers or different weights in your bed, then these are also a great idea 'cause you can set those very easily. This is a remote that's gonna come in your kit. You can easily toggle up and toggle down the pressure in your airbags and there's gonna be two presets here. You can also put up to 150 PSI in your bags. more

Our Air Lift WirelessAIR we have installed here today is a really nice option if you have airbags and you just have the regular Schrader valves in the back and you're looking for an upgrade; or if you plan on getting airbags, this is a really good idea to install these when you're doing those as well 'cause you'll have the whole setup. What these are gonna allow you to do is have your compressor mounted to your frame along with your control module as well. And this is gonna allow you to be able to change your air pressure in your airbags from a remote in the cab of your vehicle while you're going down the road. So that way, when you get your vehicle all loaded down with all your camping gear or you have your camper on the back, you don't have to go to the gas station or drag out your air compressor to air up your airbags from your Schrader valves in the rear of your vehicle. You could do it easily from right in the inside of your cab. more

An onboard compressor system can be a major game changer when it comes to a truck with air helper springs on it because now we're not having to lug around a separate air compressor. If we're out at a job site, we don't have to try and search for power so that we can plug in that air compressor. We can just pop out our remote, pop out our cell phone, and go into our air compressor's app and then air up our air springs, air 'em back down when we're done with a load that we're hauling around without having to do any extra work or carry any extra tools. So if you're somebody who is tired of manually filling up your airbags in the rear, or you just want the convenience of being able to set your airbags to a set PSI with a touch of a button, this is gonna be a great option for you to look into. This allows you to equally set the pressure in both airbags through the same amount just with a Bluetooth remote. Or actually there's an app you can also use with your smartphone. So if you're somebody who has varying weights that you tow, maybe a gooseneck, maybe a fifth wheel, then you can set those specific PSI to your airbags with the presets in the remote, which is also really convenient with this device. So this is a remote that comes in the kit and you can see there's just two arrows to add pressure or decreased pressure in your airbags. more

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Pacbrake basic end cap air control kit with a nice analog gauge and it's for an independent air springing control. So folks, independent air spring control is basically inflating or deflating each airbag, or air spring, rather individually from each other, so if you need to level side to side, maybe you got a camper in the bed or some heavy gear on one side, maybe a job box or something, that's what that's gonna allow you to do. Now the end cap switches, electrical switch will make you activate your compressor and be able to adjust the pressures right here on the dash from the control unit here. So again, you have your both sides. You have the nice analog gauge there. more

Setting Up Your Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System - 2023 Ram 2500- Video
Hey there neighbors, Kevin here with etrailer and today I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift wireless air, air compressor system for air helper springs here on our 2023 Ram 2500. If you've installed air springs on your Ram 2500 and you don't feel like lugging around that air compressor and having to haul all this extra hose and maybe an extension cord so that way when you are out at whatever job site you're at, you can actually plug in and air up your air springs, then having an onboard compressor is going to be the top item for you. With this specific one that we installed on our neighbor's truck today, it has a dual path manifold on it. So that's going to allow him to adjust the air pressure in each air spring separately. And that is typically not what most people are gonna get just because most people will go with the single path, air both up and down evenly and that's good for when you're just hauling around maybe a trailer or even loads inside of the bed. Now when you have heavier offset loads where maybe you have a toolbox where all of your heavy stuff's on one side and it's really starting to lean more on one side of your suspension, then going with that dual path will allow you to correct that unevenness between the two air springs by just adding a little bit more PSI into that separate bag that's getting more weight on it. more

Hi, I'm Danny with etrailer, and today we're gonna be installing the Airlift WirelessONE EZ Mount air compressor on a 2025 Chevy 3500. If you're somebody who uses your truck to tow various loads, if you're towing a boat one day and then a camper the next, you may want this compressor 'cause it allows you to fill your airbag suspension up with differing PSIs, depending on the weight of your load. So our neighbor today is using this truck for an in-bed camper. So it is going to allow him to set his airbags to what he's needing for that load at a push of a button. Our compressor today is rated for 100 PSI. The airbags we installed are rated for 150. more
