It'll also have this plastic release lever that is spring loaded. And then you'll also receive a bag to store this with that is rubber insulated. Hey guys, it's Jake here with Etrailer. Today we have a 2024 Ford F350 and we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt Gooseneck Ball Kit with safety chain loops for our OEM puck system. Right off the bat, I wanted to point out the plastic case. This may not seem like a whole lot, but it will come with the kit, I really like when they come with these because you can, when you're not using your Gooseneck kit, you can take your rubber cover that comes with it, stick it in your center hole there, and then you can put all the other components in the case and then take the case, close it up, and throw it in the back seat of your truck. This helps all your components to last a lot longer and to keep from rolling around in the back of your truck. When you're ready to use your Gooseneck, you'll simply take your Gooseneck roll, set it in place. more

Hey, guys. It's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we have a 2024 Ford F-350. And we're gonna be taking a look at the B&W Gooseneck Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for OEM puck systems. This OEM puck system's gonna come with this nice handy carrying case, which may not seem like a whole lot, but when it comes to not using your gooseneck ball for the security of it, if you don't have a tonneau cover like we have here, you can simply pull out your kit, put it in this rotomolded case, and then stick it in the cab of your truck and not have to worry about any of these components rolling around in the back of your truck or in the backseat of your truck. To get it connected, all we have to do is simply set it in place, pull this little trigger here on this nice large handle, flip it down, and now it's locked into place. more

Installing the TorkLift Rear Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty- Video
Ian with etrailer here. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our Ford F-350 and these nice torque lift frame tie downs. So this rear set of tie downs is gonna be for our super hitch original here. It does just mount up directly to the hitch using those two rear bolts and then it does have a shank that's gonna slide into this main tube. It does have some adjustability, so if you've got a little wider camper, this does have a two set of settings that you can put the pin through. It is just this little retention pin here that's got the clip attached to it so that way that doesn't get lost. more

So right off the bat, this is gonna be a fixed-style hitch, meaning you're not able to slide it back. And so ideally, you're gonna want to use this style in a truck that has a long bed, and that's because with that longer box, you're gonna have more clearance referring to the cab. more

Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider Instalaltion - 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty- Video
Today on our 2018 Ford F three 50 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Q series line of fifth wheel trailer hitches with slider for the Ford Towing Prep package. More and more nowadays we're seeing trucks that have shorter than eight foot beds on those which comes in a problem when we go to towing the fifth wheel, 'cause we want our hitch to be on the forward side of our rear axle, but that ends up putting our trailer extremely close to our cab. That's where our slider's gonna help out. When it comes time to make those tight turns, we can come to this vertical handle here on this side, we'll pull it out, rotate it back, and that'll allow the hitch to slide back a full 12 inches giving us more clearance to go around the turn. And we'll lock into position so we can make that turn without fear of hitting our truck. And then whenever we need to go in a straight line again and we're ready to tow, simply pull that handle out again, rotate it again and our hitch will slide back and lock into the towing position. more

Today on our 2019 Ford F350 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with slider assembly, and this is gonna work with that Ford factory prep package. A lot of newer trucks nowadays are coming with shorter and shorter bed lengths and that can cause some issues with your stationary style 5th wheels and that's due to clearance. So with that shorter bed, the front of your 5th wheel trailer is gonna be closer to the cab of the truck. So in particular, for example, whenever you go to turn, since we're a little bit closer, you can have some issues with your trailer actually contacting the bed of your truck or the cab and damage it. So to alleviate that problem, we're actually going to be able to slide the 5th wheel closer to the back of the truck and provide us with that clearance we need. more

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Rear Air Helper Springs Installation - 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty- Video
Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 airbags for the rear axle on a 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty. So we're out on our test course. We're gonna hit some bumps, and we don't have any weight in the bed. We have a fifth wheel in there, and normally we load that up with 1,500 pounds or so, and you can really notice a difference, but you're not always gonna have a load in your truck. So we're gonna drive it around just to see how it feels under normal driving, and a lotta times, people say airbags are rough, and I don't know if that's necessarily the word. It's definitely a firm ride, but the ability to adjust that on the fly is really nice by letting pressure out so you can get a nice comfortable ride, and I think the thing is is a firm ride is not a bad thing when you have a trailer or a camper or anything, even just dirt or something in the back, because being able to get your steering response back is gonna make towing just a lot better. more

B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at Etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the B&W under bed goose neck kit on a 2022 Ford F-350. Now this kit installs underneath your bed allowing you to hook up to your goose neck, and the ball is gonna be nice and easy to remove and whenever you need to actually use this, you're just gonna drop it in place, and then the handle on the side is gonna allow you to lock that in. But the great part is, is normally with some other goosenecks, you're having to find a spot to keep the ball and normally it's gonna be having grease all over it and that's kind of normal to keep that nice and clean, but the problem is you gotta store it somewhere. So in order to get all of your bed access, you can see this is nice and flush, even with our safety chains here, it's as simple as dropping this in upside down. Either way, you can see there's holes on both sides and that way this is gonna be nice and flush, it's gonna lock in place and your ball's gonna be ready to use it whenever you need it. So whenever you are ready to hook up, super easy, there's a little handle here to pull this up, you'll simply just flip it over, drop this in place, lock it in, and you're ready to go. more

Mighty Cord 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty- Video
Hi there Ford owners. Today in your 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Mighty Cord's in bed wiring harness. By adding a second seven-way connector to the rear bed of your vehicle instead of just on the hitch, you can easily hook up gooseneck and fifth wheel trailers 'cause oftentimes those bigger trailers won't reach the back to be able to plug into your rear connection. By placing it in the bed here, you can easily make that connection here without having to extend the wiring and worry about wires hanging out the back of your truck. And it's just a quick and easy way to be able to get wiring installed here on our truck. It is a multi piece set up. more

B and W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty- Video
Hi, there, Ford owners. Today in your 2015 Ford F350 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install, B&W's Patriot 18K Fifth Wheel Hitch. And this is what our Patriot looks like when it's installed. It does just drop right down into your base rails and pin in place. We are using B&W's base rail kit but you can use another manufacturer's base rail kit and still use this fifth wheel hitch. I do recommend using B&W's though, 'cause that's gonna give you the cleanest fit and finish to get your hitch installed here. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2021 Ford F-350, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air helper springs for the rear axle. But before we get into that, why don't we just take a minute and check these out and make sure that they're gonna work for you. Usually, what we like to do is get a bunch of weight, we got a big water tank, and put it in the bed of the truck. That way, we can get some weight over the axle and really test out those airbags. Today though, that is full of stuff and we're not gonna be shuffling all that around. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Ford F-350, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift EZ Mount WirelessAIR Compressor System. But before we do that, why don't we just check this out and see how it works. One of the really cool things about having the remote since it is wireless is you can actually communicate with the compressor from outside of the truck. So it works out and we got a pretty good example of that. So I got about 250 gallons of water in the bed. more

So these tire chains are gonna be designed for your wide-base tire, so just double check your tire size, we have larger ones here on our F350. To make sure it fits, input that number in our fit guide here at etrailer.com to get the right fit for you. So for your wide-base tires, your options are a little bit limited for tire chains, these are gonna be great for all around traction, plus, they are extra corrosion resistant for multiple seasons. So if you have a good blend of ice and snow and you want traction for both situations, then this is what I would go with. Now, other options for you would be twist links or V-bar studs, if you're expecting a lot of snow, mud, slush, check out those twist links, if you're expecting mostly ice, check out those V-bar studs. more

Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna be taking a look at the PowertraxONE MX hard Tonneau Cover, here on our 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Now what makes this Tonneau Cover unique is the fact that it is powered. So with this remote here, I can extend or retract the cover into the canister up at the front nice and smooth, and I don't have to use any sort of levers or locks, everything is just done through this remote, and it's really nice and simple to use. Let's check it out. Now having everything power, definitely isn't necessary. It's one of those convenience features that you could do without. more

Now you can get this in blue, like we have here or black if you want something more neutral. And it's gonna be able to hold up to six bikes in your bed, upright like this draped over the tailgate with this pad protecting your paint. You get a pretty good solid hold on the bike here. And if you're looking to get a large amount of bikes to your destination, this is a great way to do it especially with the larger hitch size. more

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at the Swagman Tailwhip Tailgate Pad for your full size trucks here on 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Now a tailgate pad is a great solution for either getting more bikes than the standard four bike capacity of a hitch bike rack or maybe your hitch is occupied, or in this case we don't have a two inch hitch. So there aren't really any options without using an adapter sleeve. So the next best place is our tailgate, and in our truck bed. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at the Swagman Paramount tailgate pad for full size trucks here on our 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Now, if you're looking to haul a very large amount of bikes, it's gonna be a great way to do it. But another thing to consider with your F-350 is the larger than normal hitch size. So a normal bike rack isn't going to be the best solution sticking in the hitch because you will need an adapter sleeve to size down. So having this, it's a great way to accommodate that. more
