And today, we have the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier that's 60 inches by 22 inches, and we'll take a look at how it fits our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. So right off the bat, if you need a lot of cargo space, but you don't wanna have to deal with a lot of weight, this is gonna be a great cargo carrier for that. This is gonna be one of our larger aluminum cargo carriers, so with you having all that space, because it's made of aluminum, it's also lighter and easier to install. But depending on how you install it though, it might be a little tricky, because the Dodge Grand Caravan has a bumper that sticks out over here, so you're gonna have to like reach around the carrier to get into place and make sure that all that is tightened down. So that is something to be mindful of. more

Now this comes in this gray color like you see here, the Vapor, or you can get it in black so you can match it to your vehicle however you like, but this is going to be a platform style bike rack. It holds the bikes in this tray and primarily by the front wheel up here with our wheel hook. That's going to mean zero frame contact, making it good for carbon frame and alternative frame. Hi, everyone. Aidan here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Yakima RidgeBack Hanging-Style Bike Rack on our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. It's going to hang the bike by the frame and hold it in place with these cradles using the zip strips up top, holding it down in the cradles. We've got two up top, and then one around the seatpost to limit that side to side movement. There's still some, but this greatly reduces it, especially compared to some of the strap style of straps that just kinda stretch over the frame. more

Everybody, it's Rob here at etrailer.com. Today, we'll be taking a look at the PrimusIQ Proportional Brake Controller by Tekonsha on our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. Now, whenever you're looking for a brake controller for your Caravan, obviously you're wanting to pull a trailer that has electric brakes on it. Now, our PrimusIQ, I like it because it's a proportional style brake controller. Now, what that means is, is that it's going to apply the brakes to our trailer at the same time and intensity that we apply the brakes in our caravan, opposed to the traditional style or older style brake controllers that we're a time delay. They had a preset amount of time that it would wait and it would apply the brakes to whatever setting you had. more

Now, our filter is going to be a great replacement for your factory air filter. It's going to fit directly into the factory air box and not going to require any kind of modifications.Now, I know a lot of people remember to put fuel in their car and a lot of cars even have a reminder to tell you to change your oil, but an air filter is one of those things that's usually one of the last things that's on our mind. But if we don't check and change the air filter when it does get dirty, we're going to be robbing our engine of the fuel economy and performance that we need to get because our engine air filter is was going to filter all the air out before it gets into the engine so it can breathe properly.Now, once it starts to get dirty, there's not going to be enough air flow, and the engine is going to have to compensate for that and we're going to lose our gas mileage. And I know we've all been at the service station where we're getting an oil change and someone offers to check it and change it for us, and really it's not that big of a deal to change it yourself or even check it and you can actually save yourself a few dollars.So we have our hood open, so we can go over to the passenger side and we can check our air filter, and we have a new one if we need to get it replaced. more

Any wiring to your vehicle is going to allow you, when pulling a trailer, to get light signals transferred from your vehicle back to the trailer so that you're legal and safe. Also, if you maybe put a cargo carrier on and adding the cargo on covers your lights, some cargo carriers allow you to add lights on. Adding those lights on, giving you the 4-pole plug, will allow you to get those lights, again, back to the outside of your cargo carrier so that, again, you're legal and safe. Not only is this going to allow you to see those longer loads that you may be hauling, it's also going to widen your view, eliminating a lot of those blind spots that your factory mirrors may not be able to show you. Also, it's going to give you peace of mind going down the road and keep everybody else on the road nice and safe.So we will get two different mirrors with this kit. We will have full range of motion on both of these and you will have a little bit more view on the smaller one here as it is a convex shape. So it's going to be able to show you quite a bit, and you're going to be able to adjust them to fit whatever you may be hauling. more

Not only is this going to allow you to see those longer loads that you may be hauling, it's also going to widen your view and get rid of some of those blind spots that your factory mirrors may not be able to show you. It's going to give you peace of mind going down the road and on top of that, keep everybody safe.So we are going to get one big mirror that comes with this kit, and it's going to be able to swivel 360 degrees around this ball in the back and also tilt right left and up and down just to accommodate for whatever you may be hauling.So we are going to be able to fold this in just as we were, if we didn't have these installed and it's going to do what we need, which is cut down on that vehicle width.So these are not going to have any straps that strap it to your mirror. It's going to clamp on right on the top edge of your factory mirror. It does have some softer bumpers on the bottom, so it's going to protect your mirrors as well. more
