Adding an air mattress to your backseat is a way to get some additional places to sleep in your vehicle when you're in your outdoor adventures. This is a really comfortable air mattress that's gonna take up the entire space of the backseat, and it has supports that goes down to the floorboards to help support the front part closer to the front of the vehicle. You're gonna have individual lines of tubing that's gonna support the mattress to help distribute the weight, and you also have an included inflatable pillow. How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Aries Seat Defender on our 2023 Audi Q3. Having a cargo cover like the Seat Defender is gonna be one of those things that'll help you protect the carpeted areas and still allow you to use the cargo area for those bigger, bulkier, dirty things. The Seat Defender itself is gonna be the largest one that I have that fits in a Q3 with the 60 by 60 size, and it'll cover most of the area even with the seats folded down. As you can see, you're coming up a good portion on your walls, so you're gonna be able to keep that protected if you have those big, dirty bags of mulch or any outside landscaping things from your hardware store. So this is a really good area of coverage as far as mats that I have for the back of your vehicle. Our covers are made of a water-resistant material, and there's also texture on the back to keep it from sliding around, to keep it in place when you have it loaded up with your dirty items in the back of your vehicle. more

If you're ever really making use of your cargo area in the back of your vehicle, you know, without a mat or something to protect it, you're bound to catch debris, spills, and all types of things. Having a cargo mat is gonna just help protect that carpeting that's in the back of your vehicle. As you can see our rubberized area, it has raised ridges to help keep everything in place, as well as this lip to help contain any spills you may encounter. You can go along these lines that they have here to trim it to fit specifically for your Q3, but nonetheless, it's still gonna give you a nice amount of coverage for your cargo area. Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack Review - 2023 Audi Q5- Video
How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Kuat Transfer 3-Bike Platform Carrier on the back of our 2023 Audi Q5. So the Transfer is a solid bike carrier for your road bikes. Mountain bikes, it may come up a little bit short as far as that wheel base, but in general use is a good way to move three bikes, especially if you have something that's gonna have the carbon fiber or something with a nice frame or alternative style like a step through. In those cases, this guy's gonna work well, because it doesn't make any contact with the actual frame of the bike, you just have the front wheel hook that holds down the front of the bike and you have the rear cradle strap that holds your rear wheel in place. Another unique thing about the Transfer is the fact that the arms actually fold up out of your way and you have this U-shape on the base to make it easier for loading and unloading your bikes, which is unique to platform racks. Generally, you're gonna have to maneuver your bike over a mast or, you know, struggle it onto the carrier itself. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination E-Bike Carrier on the back of our 2023 Audi Q5. The Destination lands at a point where you getting a lot of really solid features. As far as securing your bike to the carrier, you have this loop back here where you generally have a mast, that allows you to make adjustments for, basically, any style frame. Only thing I noticed is that with the way the arm reaches across, you're going to want to have to figure out what the best position is for your particular setup, but it does give you the flexibility to make that work, however you need. Your capacity is 70 pounds per bike. Your wheel base is 50 inches and you can support a wheel up to 29 inches, as small as 20. more

So, WeatherTech uses a laser measuring system in order to custom fit the mat to the back of your vehicle. What that does for you, it gives you a pretty tight fit. However, this one's new out the packaging, you can kind of see it's curling up a little bit. I had some weight on it for a little while, but you know, it's the, it's pretty cold and it's pretty stiff. So if you have a carbon fiber bike, a bike with a nice paint job, maybe an unconventional bike like a step through bike, this is gonna help contain your bike to the back of your vehicle. The MonoRail covers a lot of bases as far as compatibility with a lot of different size bikes. Your weight capacity goes up to 60 pounds, your wheel based up to 48, and you're also gonna be able to support your fat tires up to five inches. more

How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Inno Aero Bars on our 2023 Audi Q5. The number one reason a person generally gets rooftop bars is to increase the amount of space they have for cargo and bulkier items. You know, with the Q5, you don't really have a large cargo area, so if you wanna add a rooftop carrier, maybe a rooftop tent, rooftop basket, any one of those accessories, this is gonna work with most of them. It's just a great way to make use of space that you normally wouldn't have to transport items. So you're gonna press the small tab here and remove our end cap, so we can take a look at our T-track. Essentially, this is gonna be about an inch tall, about an inch wide, and you have a under track slot for accessories as well that's about 10 inches. more

Hey, guys. It's Jake here with Etrailer. Today, we have a 2023 Audi Q5, and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm going to show you how to install the Etrailer class three two-inch hitch receiver. Adding a two-inch hitch receiver to the back of your Audi Q5 is gonna allow you to carry bike racks, cargo carriers, or if you get the wiring kit too, maybe even tow small trailers. The back of our Q5 has got a little bit of room for storage, but if you go on those longer trips and you wanna haul bulkier items like a cooler or some larger luggage, a cargo carrier is gonna be much easier to tie everything down onto, and you can bring that much more stuff. The other thing is is that it'd be very, very difficult to fit a bike in the back of an Audi, and if you've tried, you probably already know that. more

Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2023 Audi Q5- Video

Our Glacier chains have a braided stainless steel cable that goes around the outsides of the tires, that's gonna go along the tire wall. It's also a braided chain that goes through where your rollers are connected. This style of chain is a ladder pattern. The rollers are usually used for light snow. more

Titan Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2023 Audi Q5- Video
How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're gonna take a look at the Titan Chain Tire Chains on our 2023 Audi Q5. So our Titan Chains, these guys are gonna be twist link style, meaning that the links are twisted in a ladder pattern. So what that does for you, the type of terrains that you're gonna use these on, is gonna be light snow, mud, low traction, light ice. This is gonna be kinda like in between duty. Essentially, these are made out of hardened steel that's gonna give you corrosion resistance and additional bite into the ice and snow for additional traction. It's not included in the packaging, but it is highly recommended that you get one of these rubber tensioners along with your chains. more

How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Pewag Servo RS tire chains on the 2023 Audi Q5. So the servo chains are some solid tire chains for most type, most road conditions as far as ice, snow, mud, anywhere you would need additional traction. The design on these guys are gonna be a diamond pattern. Diamond pattern's gonna help you when you're going down more windy roads 'cause it gives you more traction on the side and middles of the tire tread itself. As far as the style of it, these guys are square links. Square links are gonna work again for ice and mud, you know, situations where you're not gonna have the best type of traction. more

Inno Aero Replacement Crossbar Review- Video
How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Inno Aero Crossbar replacement 48 inch bar. The replacement bar is gonna be the same one that comes in the complete kit. If you somehow manage to damage or lose your Aero bar, this is gonna be the replacement. On this particular vehicle there's two separate sizes, so you wanna make note of the length of the bar that you have for your replacement, and you'll be able to still take advantage of the same features such as the T-track slot, the under slot, that's 10 inches, and your T-track is gonna be accessible by pressing this tab and removing your end cap. There's also a rubber channel guard in here that's gonna help while it's not being used reduce the wind noise. Essentially, it gives it a smoother path so you'll have less noise. more

So if you take a look in your hatch area, you already know that there's not a ton of space in there. So having a roof box like the Yakima SkyBox is gonna allow you to take advantage of the roof area to carry more cargo. The 16 cubic foot model is designed to cover about three additional people. Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver Installation - 2023 Audi SQ5- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Stealth Hitch rack receiver kit on a 2023 Audi SQ5. Now this is what your hitch will look like when it's installed and you may be wondering, well, where is it And that's where it gets the name Stealth Hitch because when you're not using your hitch, it's going to give you a completely factory look because the receiver block is hitting right here behind the fascia. And so when you are ready to load up accessories it's as simple as turning a knob back, locking that in place, and putting in your two inch receiver tube opening. And with that lock in place you're ready to start using your hitch. Now with your two inch receiver tube opening in place you're ready to load up your bike rack or cargo carrier and it's gonna stay in place with a 5/8 pin and clip. Now this is not included with the hitch installation kit but it is required to get your accessories in place and a lot of times your accessories will come with one if you want to pick up a locking version that's pretty nice to have if you plan on leaving those accessories on. more

Hi John with etrailer. Listen, there's no better way to open up your world to accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers and even light duty towing than with this right here. This is etrailer's Class III Receiver Hitch that we installed on our 2022 Audi Q5. Now, in my opinion, this is the perfect size hitch for this Audi. This is gonna be a Class III hitch, which means that this receiver opening right here is 2" by 2" square and we've reinforced the collar on this for just a little bit better performance out of it. Hi, John with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at some of the features and how to install Draw-Tite Hidden Hitch Class III Receiver Hitch on our 2018 Audi Q5. Now, the number one question that we get with the Audis and the trailer hitches is: Will the kick sensors still work I've just unlocked it. Yes, the sensor still works, regardless if you have the receiver tube installed in the bumper or not. The best feature of this hitch that I think is that when you are done towing, or done biking, or done with your cargo rack, anything that you would use this hitch for and you don't want it on the vehicle anymore, it comes right off.
