Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch and Towing Kit Installation - 2021 Tesla Model 3- Video
Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2021 Tesla Model Three, and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Stealth Hitches hitch with tow package. The tow package, the biggest difference between it and the standard rack package is that with the just the receiver tube package, you can only haul bike racks and cargo carriers. So if you don't plan on towing a trailer, you can get that kit. If you ever plan on towing a trailer, which the amount of work you have to go through in order to get this hitch in place, I would definitely recommend spending a little bit extra money, and getting the tow package, 'cause it will come with a ball mount, and the wiring necessary to tow a trailer. The reason why that's so important is because you have to tow a trailer with their ball mount. more

Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Tesla Model 3- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Draw Tite Class One trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Now being that it's a Class One trailer hitch receiver means that you are gonna be an inch and quarter receiver opening and that's gonna be a little bit trickier to find ball mounts and cargo carriers, as well as bike racks. But there's still plenty of options available. Now all of those accessories are gonna stay in place with a half inch pin and clip. And this is not included with the hitch, but a lot of your accessories will come with one. Now, if you wanna pick up a locking pin and clip, that's a good option. more

Swagman Current 2 Electric Bikes Rack Review - 2023 Tesla Model 3- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Swagman CURRENT two-bike platform style bike rack four e-bikes on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Now this bike rack is gonna be a great option whether you have an inch and a quarter inch hitch or a two inch hitch, because it comes with the availability to be able to be used in both configurations. Now being that this is rated for e-bikes that means that generally your e-bikes are gonna be a little bit heavier, but this one's rated at 60 pounds per bike and you have two bikes. So with the weight of that plus two bikes loaded up as long as you're adhering to that weight it should be fine even on a class one hitch. So, and you can have your electric bikes right behind your electric car, and the name CURRENT kind of goes with that as well. And platform style bike racks, I'm a big fan of compared to your hanging style just because it's way more secure and you have three points of contact here that keep that in place. more

Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Tesla Model 3- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we'll be taking a look at how the Kuat Piston Pro X fits on the 2018 Tesla Model 3. So this hitch was just recently installed on the Model 3, so that they can carry around some bike racks. Now, the Kuat Piston Pro X is an awesome bike rack, because of how you have the weight capacity, you are able to use the pistons, it has a fancy-schmancy way of opening up to load the bikes on and off and take them right back off. So very quick, very easy process, but also, it's a premium bike rack with premium features. So the first thing we'll take a look at, this is how it looks when you have it all folded up, you're able to open up your trunk if needed, you're not hitting that bike rack. If you do have the wiring added to your Tesla Model 3, you will be able to take advantage of the wiring on the bike rack. more

Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be taking a look at how the Hollywood Racks Destination four bike platform rack fits on the 2018 Tesla Model 3. So this bike rack is unique in that it's an affordable rack but also lightweight and compact but can still carry around four bikes. So if you're looking for something easy to maneuver and install onto your Tesla Model 3, this might be an option for you. It does have some downsides though like it's not able to tilt away and you don't have a great weight capacity. So if you have E-bikes, not gonna be the best fit. So if that's still good, then on our Tesla Model 3, this is how it's gonna look folded up. more

EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Installation - 2021 Tesla Model 3- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver here on a 2021 Tesla Model 3. This is what our trailer hitch looks like installed on the vehicle. Now it does have a hidden cross tube design meaning everything's actually gonna be tucked back away behind the bumper here. The only thing we can see is the receiver tube and that's only when we're using it. When we're not using it, we can actually remove a bolt and remove this entirely for a 100% factory-like finish. Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness Installation - 2021 Tesla Model 3- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the ZCI Vehicle Protected Trailer Wiring Harness here on our 2021 Tesla Model 3. So what the ZCI here is gonna do is gonna provide us with a way to tow a trailer and it's gonna transfer the lights from the vehicle to the trailer. Now, this is not only a legal requirement in every state, also a lot of the times your trailers actually gonna block the taillights on your vehicle. So you still need a way to let other motorists out in the road know what signals we're gonna be making so we can arrive to our destination safe and sound. Now, in addition to the trailer wiring harness, you will need a couple other things such as a trailer hitch and a ball mount and hitch ball. Titan Chain Diamond Alloy Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2020 Tesla Model 3- Video

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Titan chain, alloy snow tire chain on our 2020 Tesla Model 3.We're going to get a diamond pattern with these chains, so it's going to be a definite upgrade from the ladder pattern style chains. We have a lot more links on our tires, so we're going to get a lot more traction, both returning, starting and stopping of course.One thing I like about it is I like to protect my wheels. I love my wheels on my car and I really like the Tesla wheels. So with these coated links we don't really have to worry about anything really happening to the rims, so don't worry about that at all. Also with the rubber tensioner, those are also coated and of course the rubber isn't going to do a thing.I do like how the tensioner is connected to the chain so you don't have to worry about losing it. more

First option is going to be our cable chains, and these are going to be in my opinion, the hardest to install out of all of them. And then we're going to have some self-tensioning snow tire chains. And then of course, we're going to have some other chains that aren't as nice as the self-tensioning tire chains. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2020 Tesla Model 3- Video
Adam: What's going on, everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we have a 2020 Tesla Model 3, and we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Helium platform-style rack. So, if you're looking for a really good stylish rack to get two bikes to and fro, you found it. This is probably the best looking rack that we have here at etrailer, and I am not joking when I say that, but it's also super, super easy to use.So pretty much the limitations that you will have is one, we have a wheel base of about 50" we can't exceed. So even for the kiddos' bikes and stuff like that, we can use that, but just don't exceed that 50" wheel base. Another thing, we need to make sure that our wheels aren't going to be any more than 29", and any less than 26" for this to work, and then the wheel width needs to be less than 3". more

Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 Tesla Model 3- Video
Collin: Hey guys! It's Collin here at e-trailer. Today, we have a 2019 Tesla Model Three and we're going to do a test fit of the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2, Two Electric Bike Rack. Now, this is a platform style rack and it's got a very bolstered construction compared to the just normal a Sport Rider and that's going to be able to carry a gear up to two e-bikes to in front of your destination. It's going to be able to handle the weight very well. One thing I want to point out is that they do recommend removing the battery from your e-bike while you're going to, if you're going to travel with it on the back of your car. You can just throw that battery in your vehicle and then get it back out when you're ready to ride.Just like a lot of platform racks out there, this one can tilt away from the vehicle even with two heavier e-bikes loaded. more

Husky Liners MOGO 2nd Row Floor Mat Review- Video
Jake: Hey guys, it's Jake here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at and show you how to install the Husky Liners Mogo Floor Mat for the rear of your car, for your Tesla Model 3. Now here was have a 2018, we'll go ahead and get it installed.Very, very simple to get installed, just set it in place, and right away you're going to notice that it's going to fit the contours of the back of your car very very nice. It's going to fit further up underneath your seat than your factory ones would, and in addition to the foot pads that go up underneath the driver and passenger seat that your factory one does cover, it's going to cover this middle piece too underneath the consol. Let's go ahead and how you that comparison.You can see that our Husky Liner is going to have not only more coverage here in the center, but it's going to have about an inch more in the front, and in inch more in the back than your factory floor mat. And it's going to have those ridges that are going to help trap that dirt water and debris from getting in your carpet, and give you a ridge so that you can lift the mat out to clean it. more
