Hollywood Racks CrossTrack 2 Bike Rack Fit Verified - 2018 Buick Enclave- Video
How's it going, neighbors Today we're going to take a look at the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack and see how well it fits on our 2018 Buick Enclaves. Now as you can see, this is a wheel mounted bike carrier and it does sit up kind of high, so I would suggest on this vehicle getting the accessory ramp. So let's take a closer look and see how well it fits and what some of the features are. As far as what's blocked on the back of the vehicle, you can see that your license plate is visible. If you had a second bike on there, it may be slightly obstructed, but tail lights, your rear window, all those things, you'll still have pretty good vision. You just want to keep in mind that you have additional things on the back of your vehicle. more

Installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2023 Buick Enclave- Video

Before we get into that though, let's check this one out. So one of the nice things about putting a hitch on the back of the Enclave is that it's going to live behind your bumper and so when you're ready to use it, it'll look like this, but when you're done, you can take the panel, pop that back into position and cover everything up. So you're not gonna have to look at the hitch, it'll look completely factory and not be an eyesore on the back of your Buick, which that does bring me to my next point. Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness Installation - 2023 Buick Enclave- Video
Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2023 Buick Enclave and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Curt four-pole trailer wiring harness. Adding a four-pole trailer wiring harness to your enclave is gonna give you your four-pole functions, which is going to be your left turn, your right turn. It will combine those signals to make your stop signal, and then you're gonna have your running light signal. You have to get your signals from your taillights on your vehicle to your taillights on your trailer so that others know when they're driving behind you or next to you on the highway. They know what your intentions are when you're driving down the road. more

I would say that the 7-pole is the way to go if you're gonna have a wiring harness on here. 4-pole kind of limits you to only half the amount of trailers that you could tow. But having the 7-pole on here, the vehicle's already prepped for it, so all you'd have to get in addition to this is a brake controller if you wanted to pull a trailer with brakes. With the 7-pole, you are gonna get your standard 4-pole functions, which is going to be your left and right turn signal, your stop signal, and your running lights. more

How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here and we're taking a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 on our 2024 Buick Enclave. All right, so the NV is actually a really good carrier for a person that's looking for a wheel mounted carrier. So a little bit of explanation on wheel mounted is that's how your bike in secured, is by making contact with only the wheel and nowhere on the frame. So if you have a carbon fiber frame, a nice paint job or unconventional frame, like a step through bike, wheel mount is generally gonna be a great option to secure your bike without making contact. So the Kuat has really easy controls, it's very premium carrier, and you can tell that from interacting with it. It makes it really easy to move things around. more

Well, the Yakima OnRamp is a great bike carrier for someone that has the Enclave because the hitch sits up so much higher. Having that included ramp makes a world of difference as far as loading your bikes. Once your bike is loaded, you'll notice that this is actually a frame mount bike carrier. So you're gonna have three points of contact. You're gonna have two straps on each one of your wheels and the center mast cradle that makes contact with your frame. more

Best 2024 Buick Enclave Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Hey guys, it's Jake here with Etrailer. Today, we're gonna be talking about the best hitches for the 2024 Buick Enclave. Well right off the bat, these hitches are going to be identical. The only thing that's going to separate them between the Curt and the Etrailer is going to be the paint job itself. For the Curt, we have a gloss black powder coat finish, and for the Etrailer, we're gonna have a triple carbide, matte black powder coat finish. Personally, I prefer the matte black finish that the Etrailer hitch has because it's proven to us that it's a very, very tough paint job, it kind of hides itself a little bit more, it's not as flashy as the gloss finish, but other than that, the hitches are going to be identical. more

This is gonna be a two-inch by two-inch hitch receiver, which will help to accommodate a lot of different bike racks, cargo carriers, or ball mounts. If you plan on towing a trailer, I highly recommend picking up a seven-pole harness or a four-pole harness. When you're installing this hitch, it's gonna be a lot easier to put this wiring in place because it's just one simple connection behind the bumper. If you do it afterwards, you can still get by with it, but it is a lot easier when the fascia's off. more

Now one of the things I do like about this hitch is it fits behind your factory fascia panel, so if you're not towing, you can put your panel back on, you'll just retain your stock looks on your Buick. But, this is a class three receiver hitch, what that means is the opening here is two inches by two inches, square. It's got a reinforced collar on it. more

Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima FullTilt Hanging-Style Bike Rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2024 Buick Enclave. Now this is going to be a more premium option as far as hanging-style racks go. It's got a lot of nice convenience features and allows you to carry up to five bikes. So I recommend this for families, because even though it can fit five bikes, five adult bikes is gonna be hard. But if you have kids' bikes in the mix, then that's gonna be a lot easier to make them fit and abide by the weight capacity, which is up to 150 pounds total. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination, and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2024 Buick Enclave. Now the Destination is gonna be a platform-style bike rack and this version of it can carry up to four bikes. If you don't need that kind of capacity, they do make one of this that can carry only two bikes and it's gonna be pretty much the same thing, just shorter. But this is gonna be a really solid option for an entry-level bike rack because it's a pretty good value option and it offers a lot for the price. So it can carry a bike up to 35 pounds, which, for most, it's gonna be more than fine. more

Now, this is gonna be a really nice introduction into the world of premium-style bike racks, and it's one of my own personal favorites. It strikes a nice balance between ease of use and looking just very minimal and sleek. So the NV can support a 60-pound bike, so you can maybe hold some of your e-bikes and it's gonna hold the bike primarily by our front tire, which means no frame contact, making this a good option for carbon frame and alternative frame bikes. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2024 Buick Enclave and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'll show you how to install the Curt four-pole trailer wiring harness. Now the main reason for installing a four-pole wiring harness on the back of your vehicle is because you're wanting to pull a trailer. Either that or you're wanting to haul an accessory that might have brake lights on it. There's a lot of accessories out there, bike racks and cargo carriers that have accessory lights on the back 'cause your state might require if your tail lights are blocked or even if you have an accessory in the back that you have to have auxiliary tail lights. Those are the two biggest reasons of why you would want to put four-pole wiring on the back so that you can transfer those lighting signals safely to the accessories or to your trailer to let others know what your intentions are. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2024 Buick Enclave and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the CURT class three two inch hitch receiver. A couple of great reasons of why you would want to add a trailer hitch to the back of your Buick Enclave is because the Buick Enclave has a lot of space on the inside but if you're packing the inside full of people or pets you want to have more space to be able to carry your gear on the back. So if you're wanting to haul a bike rack, a cargo carrier or maybe even pull a small trailer that's what the owner of this vehicle's using it for. He wants to be able to do some odd projects at home. So he wants to be able to rent a trailer, pickup materials, stuff like that. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2023 Buick Enclave and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the etrailer Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver. Installing a trailer hitch receiver on the back of your Enclave is gonna give you a couple different options. First off, it's gonna allow you to haul accessories like a bike rack or a cargo carrier. The Enclave has a pretty good storage inside but if you have that back row folded up you're not going to be able to store very many things in the back of the vehicle. So putting a cargo carrier on there, get some luggage out of the car and onto the cargo carrier or cooler for a family event, something like that. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2023 Buick Enclave and we're gonna be taking a look at, I'mma show you how to install the Tekonsha four pole trailer wiring harness. Now there's gonna be a couple reasons of why you would want to install four pole wiring on your vehicle. First and foremost, it's going to be to pull a trailer safely you have to have lighting signals transferred from the vehicle to the trailer so that others know what your intentions are when you're driving down the road. Definitely at night people can't see your taillights. If you've got something loaded on a trailer or if you have a small camper you're wanting to pull you have to transfer the lighting signals to the back so that people can see the trailer lights making the same signals that your vehicle's doing. more

Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods hitch-mounted cargo carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2024 Buick Enclave. Now this is Flint Hill Goods' compact carrier, which really just means it's gonna be smaller than all of their other offerings. It's not so much smaller in the width, it's still pretty wide, but the depth is quite short. So what that means for your Enclave here is from the bumper to the furthest point out, we're only gonna be adding 23 inches. more

Hi, everyone. Aiden here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods hitch mounted cargo carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2024 Buick Enclave. This is gonna be a really solid way to carry extra stuff with you on your Enclave. So, if you don't have enough room inside for your cargo, or if you just wanna keep some messy stuff outside of the vehicle so it's easier to clean up later, this will do that. It's gonna be aluminum, so it's very lightweight and easy to get in and out of the hitch and the size I think is gonna be optimal. more
