The first thing that needs to be done the trunk liner needs to be taken so we can have access to the rear panel inside the trunk. Next we take apart two rubber plugs that in the back end of the trunk here and they pull out with a pair of pliers. Next well install the hitch on the tow loop to hold it in position so we can get the other two bolts in. After we remove the plugs, we install some silicone sealant around the holes to keep the engine exhaust from coming into the cabin and then well put the bolts in. After you get the first bolt in, you may want to put a nut on it to keep the rest of the hitch from moving around while you work on the last one. The last thing that needs to be done is just tighten the bolts up since you have the hitch in final position. Once you have the hitch bolts snugged down, give them their final torquing. That concludes this installation.
