MaxxTow Hitch Pins and Clips - Class I II Hitch Pin and Clip - MT56FR Review

Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the MaxxTow hitch pin and clip. This is going to be the hitch pin and clip that you'll need for attaching any kind of accessory, like your cargo carrier, maybe a ball mount, or any other thing that you might be able to fit into that hitch. This is going to be the smaller side. This is going to be for your inch and a quarter hitch, so the diameter of this pin is a half inch. Should fit right in there and be pretty easy to use.

Got the clip to go on the other side to keep everything secure. The nice thing about this is that it does have a black powder coat finish, so it looks kind of nice and should match in with your hitch pretty well. Of course, I like everything that comes in black, so it appeals to me.But as far as the other measurements with this, or really just the length measurement on our pin, we'll have about two and a half inches of usable length on that pin, going from the bend to where our clip goes in place, about two and a half inches there of usable space. Typically, you're going to be using this on something that didn't already come with a hitch pin or a locking hitch bolt, so something like a cargo carrier or your ball mount. And again, this is for an inch and a quarter hitch.

If you have a two inch hitch, we do have pins available for that here at etrailer.com, so check them out. Thanks for watching, and we'll see you next time.
