Review of Furrion RV Stoves and Cooktops FSRE17SABL

Today we're going to take a look at the Furrion Black 2 in 1 17 inch gas range oven. This is a 17 inch by 17 inch 2 in 1 gas range oven, provides all you need to cook a quality mean in your RV. It's a 2 in 1 range oven, so it does offer cooking on the gas top range right up here and also cooking in the over. Now the oven does offer a broiler function. I'll just show you that. Rotate the door down, there's your oven. Now this is powered by propane gas.

On the very back, if we swing it around, here's your propane gas connection right here. It does use a pulse electronic ignition and it does have a gas safety cut off valve. It does use LED lighted manual knobs right back here if you notice these two wires if you hook that up to 12 volt power right up at the front there it will give you a nice LED blue ring around each knob so you'll be able to see it in the dark. I am going to hook this up later to some 12 volt power just to show you how bright that is. It does have a light switch right here for the lights on the knobs and the oven light bulb.On the top here, it does use a two piece farm glass cover that opens and actually folds and you can just store it in the back like that if you're cooking on the top.

And when you're done cooking, so you don't want anybody to touch anything that's hot, you can just rotate that down flat and it protects it. You can also remove that glass cover if you'd prefer. The door on this oven is a three layer glass oven door. It has a nice heavy duty stainless steel handle you can see here to help open it. If you notice on the inside, it does include this nice oven rack. Now this range is black in color. It comes with a nice instruction manual that will describe how to install it and also how to operate it.

A few specs again on this. We mentioned the fuel or the power is propane. The inner volume on the oven is 35 liters. The power output right back here is 12 volt DC, less than 2 amps. Now the heat input, let me go ahead and open up the top again here, on the front cooktop burner, there's three cooktop burners the front, and then two in the back.

The front cooktop burner is going to be 8,000 BTU's and hour. The two interesting he back will be 6,500 per burner an hour. And then the oven burner is going to be 7,100 BTU's an hour. Now the inlet pressure on this is 10 inch water column pressure minimum to 13.8 water column pressure maximum. A few dimensions on this. The overall dimension, just going to push that down. If we go overall, you're going to be right at 21 1/2 inches long. The height on it is going to be right at 16 inches tall, and the total depth on it is going to be right at including the handle, right at 22 inches deep. Now the cut out dimension, in other words, what you need to cut out of your cabinet to be able to drop this in is going to be 20 1/8 inches long, 16 1/8 inches tall and 17 3/4" deep.So again, what I'm going to do here is let me get some 12 volt power. I just want to hook it up to the 12 volt wire here so we can just show you, there we go, we got our power on, and you'll see when I push that, those light up. Let me see if I can get some overhead lights turned off here. And you can see how the knobs are all lit up. If you open the oven, you can see the oven light bulb is on. And then again, if you need them off, just push that button. They'll go off. Go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights and we'll go ahead and disconnect our power. But that should do it for the review on the Furrion Black 2 in 1 17 inch gas range oven.

You will need to use the far right and the far left knobs to get the oven to turn on. If you jump to the 13:36 minute mark on this linked video then you can see how it is done.
