I got 2 300 watt panels, will I be able to use them together without harming that controller

You certainly can use two 300 watt panels. The Go Power MTTP # 34280435 solar controller can handle 12 volt systems up to 600 watts, so you'll have no issues. I've confirmed this with Go Power.
