I pulled up the online version of the owner's manual for both the 2018 and 2019 Ford Edge and both manuals listed a roof capacity of 100 pounds.
The Rhino-Rack RS 2500 Roof Rack # RRRS659B that you were looking at is a great option and is confirmed to fit the 2018 and 2019 Edge. I really like its sleek flush design that provides an OEM/factory appearance while also greatly reducing any wind noise during travel. The rack itself does have a 165 pound weight capacity but you will need to adhere to the roof's lower limit.
