Could the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 be Installed at Rear of a Trailer

Question:
I have a camera on the back of my car - I wonder what would be involved with putting this on the back of a trailer? Just a longer cord and ability to connect/disconnect along with trailer wiring? Thanks

You could install the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 at the back of a trailer if you wanted to. Basically all you would really need is the Extension Cable # HM3100504061 which measures 25 feet. The connector for the camera that would be at the coupler of your trailer would be an easily connected/disconnected wire so it would be just another connection you would need to make when connecting to your trailer that would be similar to standard trailer wiring.
