Will the Draw-Tite friction sway control part 83660 work ok with a pop-up camper?

Reese Friction Sway Control Kit, part # 83660 will work for your trailer as long as it does not have surge brakes. If the trailer is over 26 feet long, you will need to use two of these sway control kits or use a dual cam sway control system.
