which is the best kind of camper covers tyvek or polypropelene? Which one would last longer?

Tyvek is a brand of flashspun high-density polyethylene fibers. The material is very strong; it is difficult to tear but can easily be cut with scissors or a knife. Water vapor can pass through Tyvek, but not liquid water.
Polypropylene is also a very strong material. It is water repellent, but it is not equipped to fully protect from water seeping through, because the material is made to breathe so that it does not trap moisture and encourage the growth of mold or mildew.
If you are looking for a waterproof material Tyvek is the way to go.
