According to my technical contact at Reese the puck spacing in the bed of the Ram trucks with the factory 5th wheel prep package is 22.6-inches front to back and 39-inches side to side, measured from hole center to hole center.
The Reese Rail Adapter for the Ram OEM 5th Wheel Prep Package, part # RP30154, exactly fits the pucks in the truck bed installed as part of the factory under-bed 5th-wheel towing prep package.
Once installed this "picture frame" adapter provides the equivalent of industry standard base rails that will accept any standard 5th wheel hitch from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky.
The adapter offers multiple options for mounting hole spacing for hitches that have either 29-inch or 20-1/2-inch leg spacing as shown in the linked photo.
