Is there any modification or reprogram required to add this alarm to a 2012 Ford F350? Can you forward me a copy of the installation instructions. Thank You

Backup alarm and light # HM20101VA will not fit your 2012 Ford F-350. It fits in place of a 3156 bulb. Your truck uses a different bulb style. To add a back up alarm you can use # BK97DB. It mounts to the underside of the vehicle and will tap into a reverse light wire. I have linked a video showing how it installs.
