Most likely it wouldn't work since it looks like the Westin Bull Bar part # 32-1695 and the Draw Tite Front Hitch part # 65062 that are both confirmed to fit your 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 will use the same point on your frame to install.
It could be possible to use longer installation hardware and secure both the hitch and the bull bar through the same mounting holes, but since that hasn't been tested I cannot safely recommend that.
