The Rola roof rack, part # R6006, fits the 2014 Kia Soul without the panoramic roof but is not confirmed to fit with the roof. Instead, for an aerodynamic roof rack you want a Thule WingBar system. You need the 53 inch WingBars, part # TH711400 in silver or # TH711420 in black, the Evo clamp feet, part # TH710501, and # TH145037 fit kit.
I've linked a video of the WingBar system being installed. It's on a different vehicle so the fit kit is different but the way it installs and looks is basically the same.
