Will Thule Force fit the Roof of a 2013 Ford Edge Plus a Bike Rack

Woule I be able to mount this along with a single bike rack on a 2013 Ford Edge that has Thule cross bars?

Yes, the Thule Force # TH6356B that you referenced would install on the roof of your 2013 Ford Edge with Thule crossbars installed on it.
