Question:
Will the Tekonsha brake controller # TK94FR work well in conjunction with the Titan actuator #T4813102? I am rennovating a converted gooseneck to 5th wheel trailer for a local farmer. He will be using this with an International 8600 semi. The trailer has Al-Ko 10k tandem axles. I will be be completely replacing the brake lines from the calipers up. Will the brake hoses in kit #DM5425 work in the Al-Ko calipers? I will most likely be rennovating the lighting, also. Will the trailer to truck adapter F77R work for the mate?

I have a solution for you, but the Prodigy RF Brake controller part # TK94FR is not compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes. Instead I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885 as this controller is compatible with EOH brakes.
The Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # DM5425 would work fine with AL-Ko calipers.
The Adapter part # F77R would work for converting the 7-way round he has on his trailer. A better solution would be to not use an adapter and match both the trailer and tow vehicle with the same connector.
For the vehicle end you could get the part # 50-87-004, and then for the trailer part # H20046.
I attached an FAQ on adding EOH brakes to a trailer for you to check out as well.
