2008 Ford F-350 Has Underbed 5th Wheel Installation Kit But Holes Do Not Line Up

The prep package in my F350 has four holes in the bed. The front 2 holes are wider than the rear 2, not are perfect square Does the adapter #RP30156 fit this truck? Also is this how all the Ford prep packages are with wider holes in the front? It is a short bed. Thanks!

The OEM prep package for 5th wheel trailers did not start until the 2011 model year for the F-series Super Duty trucks. It sounds like your 2008 Ford F-350 has an aftermarket underbed installation kit like # RP30073.
But it is either not this exact installation kit, or something happened to it and it is no longer square, because the 4 pucks should be lined up. Since they are not adapter # RP30156 will not fit.
If you can email me some pictures of the 4 holes I might be able to figure out what it is and what hitches will fit.
