Parts Included with Hidden Hitch Class I Hitch # 60291

Question:
I just posted a review. Your service and product was great and I said so. I do have a question. In my product review I mentioned that I watched several youtube videos. One of these videos showed the parts received and it contained the actual part that goes into the receiver and has the hole for the ball to be installed. I did not need this part as I already had what I needed, but it does raise the question should my kit have contained this part?

The hitch you selected, Hidden Hitch Class I # 60291, does not include a hitch ball, but it does come with a ball mount (that slides into the receiver tube and onto which the hitch ball bolts in place - see linked photo), the hitch pin, and the clip that holds the pin in place. Your hitch should have been shipped with each of these three items.
If you did not receive the ball mount please contact customer service at 800-298-8924 for a replacement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
