It looks like you may be interested in a trailer hitch for your 2004 Jeep Wrangler.
I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75193. This is a Class lll hitch and has a 2 inch receiver opening. This hitch has an easy bolt-on design and includes the hardware and installation instructions. I have attached a link to an installation video for this hitch you can check out.
The hitch you were looking at, part # 36238, is a Class ll hitch and has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
