Yes, the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75607 will fit all models of the 2007 Chevrolet Colorado, including the Xtreme models. I have included a link to the instructions so you can review them. I have also added a link to a video of the same hitch being installed on a 2008 Colorado.
