RockyMount Bike Mount For Quick Release Wheels on Nissan Frontier

Question:
Im looking at the RockyMount RKY1097 bike mount for a Nissan Frontier. The description says it is for quick release only. Does it mean the mount is quick release or the bikes wheel must be QR or both? I have one bike that is QR the other is not but it slides off the fork much like a QR does. Will this mount work for both biles?

I did speak with my contact at RockyMount and he said the LoBall Truck Bed Rail Bike Carrier, part # RKY1097, has a quick-release function that allows for rapid loading or unloading of bikes, but it will work ONLY on bikes with a quick release front wheels.
