Since the spare tire of your 2004 Isuzu Rodeo is mounted under your vehicle you would want the Curt Hitch part # C13222. Check out the install video I attached.
The part # C13235 that you referenced is designed for the Rodeos with door mounted spares.
For trailer wiring you would want the Tow Ready Harness part # 118360. Install video attached.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
