Bolt Hole Pattern for the Mounting Plate of the Bulldog Rack-and-Gear Jack # BD169201

My trailer has a flat plate mounted on a round tongue. Id like to see if the bolt pattern for this jack matches as I have very little room to drill additional holes in the plate.
