Hey Robert! The SiriusXM Vehicle Satellite Radio Antenna # R169159 you were looking at will work for this setup. This is a good way to get the antenna out from underneath your truck camper. It has a 23' cable so you can mount the antenna where it has a clear view of the sky.
However, it won't plug directly into the factory radio on your 2018 Silverado. You'll need a FAKRA adapter to connect the SMB connector on the # R169159 to the factory SiriusXM antenna connection. We don't carry these so you'll have to pick one up locally.
What kind of camper do you have and where are you headed next?
