Question:
Can SR7095 cargo box be mounted on a bare roof? Do you sell the fit kit to do so? Will mounting on a bare roof cause the weight limit be reduced? Thanks.

The SportRack SkyLine XL Cargo Box SR7095 that you referenced will require you have a roof rack with crossbars installed. However, it would not be compatible with the crossbar spreads that are available on the roof racks that are confirmed to fit your vehicle. You would need to use a different box.
First, let's start with a roof rack. For that I think you would like the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack part # SR1002. For a similar cargo box that would fit this rack I would recommend the Thule Sidekick cargo box part # TH78GC.
